Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0.0

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

Bristlecone IT Services (“BITS,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Corey J. Mahler. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the Site and the Products. This statement describes our commitment and how to tell us about barriers.

Our Commitment

We are committed to making the Site easier to use for as many people as possible. We consider accessibility when we add or change pages, and we will keep working to fix the problems we find or that people report to us.

What We Do

  • We use a website theme that includes keyboard navigation and a “skip to content” link.
  • We give form fields visible text labels.
  • Our forms do not use visual puzzles or CAPTCHA challenges.
  • We serve our own fonts and do not rely on third-party font services.
  • We try to write in plain language.

No Conformance Claim

We have not completed a formal accessibility audit. We do not claim that the Site or any Product conforms to any particular accessibility standard, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This statement is a statement of our commitment, not a certification.

Known Limitations

  • Some technical documentation uses tables, code samples, and dense technical terms.
  • Older pages, including some tutorials, may not reflect our current practices.
  • Downloadable software has its own interface, and its accessibility depends partly on the operating system and on older software it works with, such as Apple’s AirPort Utility v5.6.1.
  • Pages run by others, such as Stripe’s payment pages, Apple’s App Store and TestFlight, GitHub, and WordPress.org, are outside our control.

Products

The zSuite Apps run on Apple platforms and can use the accessibility features built into them. Products with their own Product Terms or documentation may include more information about their accessibility.

Feedback and Assistance

If you have trouble using any part of the Site or a Product, please tell us. It helps to include the address of the page, a description of the problem, and the browser and any assistive technology you use. If you need information from the Site in another format, ask us and we will try to provide it, for example by mail. We read every accessibility report and will do our best to respond promptly.

Changes to This Statement

We may update this statement as we improve the Site. When we do, we will post the updated version at https://bristleconeit.com/accessibility/ and change the version number and the Effective Date.
